In lieu of traditional serving trays, all made-to-order cocktails are served via a Cocktail Cart. The team also received instruction on cocktail preparation, butler etiquette and the correct usage of ingredients. The senior team then hosted daily seminars for the new cocktail concierges on how to properly serve in-room beverages. Cocktail concierges will also lend their expertise to pair a beer or wine (by the bottle or glass) to accompany one's meal in the convenience of their room.
